Trainmen's Hall Apartments

Built in 1908 at 1017 Eighth Avenue on the corner of 11th Street by the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. When it was originally constructed, it was meant to accommodate out of town Brotherhood members and their families due to the scarcity of affordable, clean hotel rooms in the city. The present day apartments are newly renovated, yet still reflect the historic significance of the building.

As of 1997, it has been owned and managed by
Ronald L. Hammond & Charlene Beckwith.
